Our pleasantly discreet vineyard is one of the state’s only family-owned vineyards. Blue Valley offers an alluring combination of spectacular views and state-of-the-art facilities designed to handle parties of all types and sizes. To give you a better idea, here’s a quick recap of two of the venues we have available:
The Celebration Room
With a seating capacity of more than 200, this room is an ideal Northern Virginia event space if you are expecting many attendees. When we’re not renting out the space for events, the Celebration Room acts as our main tasting room, so if you visit us for a wine tasting to get a quick glimpse at the rooms we have available, you’ll see a lot of this area. It has two distinct bars that have been handmade from 200-year-old oak grown locally on our property.
Not only that, there are bistro lights, high ceilings with uncovered wooden beams, a cozy fireplace, and three enormous flat-screen TVs if you intend to use video during your celebration. Best of all, the room’s several wide windows provide a breathtaking view of the Blue Ridge Mountains that your attendees will never forget.
The Barrel Room
If you’re searching for something even more rustic, personal, and private, have a peek at our Barrel Room. With a maximum capacity of 120, this space has a significantly different overall appearance than our Celebration room. When you enter the space, you’ll feel as if you’ve walked into a medieval castle.
The walls are adorned with hand-cut stone from the land itself, and the barrels are placed in tiers. There are many rows of French and American oak barrels in this room used to gently age our Blue Valley wine while you entertain guests amid them. Any function you host here will undoubtedly be a magical and memorable experience.
While these details are useful, the best approach to select a Northern Virginia event space is to book a day with us, including a wine tasting and possibly a tour.
