Our delightfully secluded vineyard is one of the few family-owned wineries in the state, and Blue Valley offers an irresistible combination of unforgettable views and state of the art facilities built to accommodate events of all shapes and sizes. Here’s a quick overview of two of the spaces we have available, just to give you an idea:
The Celebration Room
With a capacity of more than 200, this room is a perfect Northern Virginia event space if you’re planning for many attendees. When we’re not making the space available for events, the Celebration Room serves as our main tasting room, so if you decide to come join us for a wine tasting to get a firsthand look at the spaces we offer, you’ll see a lot of this space. It features not one, but two different bars that have been hand-crafted from 200-year-old oak that was sourced from right here on our property.
In addition to that, you’ll find bistro lights, high ceilings with exposed wooden beams, a cozy fireplace and three large flat-screen TVs if you’re planning on using video during whatever event you’re planning. Best of all, the room’s numerous large windows offer a simply unbelievable view of the Blue Ridge Mountains, providing fantastic views that your attendees won’t soon forget.
The Barrel Room
If you’re looking for something a bit more rustic, intimate and private, our Barrel Room deserves a closer look. With a maximum capacity of 120, this space has a very different look and feel than our Celebration room. Entering the space, you’ll feel as though you’ve just stepped into a medieval castle.
The walls are embroidered with hand-cut stone taken from right here on the property and the barrels are arranged in tiers. You’ll find rows and rows of American and French oak barrels which are quietly aging our Blue Valley wine as you’re entertaining guests among them. Any event you host here is bound to be a magical, memorable experience.
While these descriptions are valuable, the best way to decide which of our Northern Virginia event spaces is right for you is to plan to come spend a day with us, enjoying a wine tasting and perhaps a tour.
We’re open most holidays, but please note that we are closed on Christmas and New Year’s Day.
