2015 Celebration Red Blend

Our 2015 Celebration Red is a blend of 60.1% Merlot, 35% Cab Franc, and 4.9% Petit Verdot. It is a very bright ruby red with crisp acidity. It’s medium bodied with a tannin structure, featuring flavors of plumb, violet and both red and black berries.

A delightful blend composed of 67% Chardonnay, 22% Sauvignon Blanc, 6% Pinot Gris, and 5% Viognier, it will please your palate with its variety of citrus and orchard fruit flavors.

In terms of our venue spaces, if you’re looking for a space that’s open and elegant, be sure to check out our Celebrations room or the Loft that overlooks it.
On the other hand, if your tastes run more to the rustic, you won’t want to miss our Barrel Room or the magical Cave. In fact, over the years, we’ve hosted a number of absolutely magical wine country weddings in the Cave and have the pictures to prove it!
Finally, if your tastes run more to the traditional, then our Heritage and Traditions rooms should be on your shortlist of options to consider.

Even better, in addition to the venue spaces themselves, we also offer a deluxe bridal suite that you can book with whatever venue space you choose.
We understand that as happy an occasion as your wedding day is, it’s also a day filled with stress and chaos. This is the exact reason we developed the Bridal Suite. It gives harried brides to be a safe haven to escape to for a short time, while being close enough to the action that you can keep your finger firmly on the pulse of the preparations as the day unfolds.
In any case, the best approach is to come spend some time at Blue Valley and walk each space to get a feel for it to see if it’s right for you.
Although we are open during most holidays, please note that we are closed on both Christmas and New Year’s Day.
