Choose Blue Valley for Vineyard Day Trips near Washington DC

Are you looking for a fun outing you can enjoy with your best friends? Tired of doing the same old things and going the same old places? Have you considered vineyard day trips near Washington DC? If not, but it sounds like something you and your friends might enjoy, may we recommend Blue Valley?

We opened our vineyard more than two decades ago when we purchased a significant portion of an older estate that once belonged to John Marshall, who was the 4th Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Blue Valley is steeped in both history and unforgettable views, and although both of those are excellent reasons to consider making a trip up to see us, that’s just the tip of the proverbial iceberg!

One of the reasons Blue Valley has become such a popular destination for people interested in taking vineyard day trips near Washington DC is the fact that our wines are amazing. Since the day we first opened our doors, we’ve won many awards, and we add to that total every year.

If you consider yourself a wine aficionado and haven’t sampled any of our delicious offerings, we invite you to come spend the day with us and give them a try. Here’s just a tiny sample of what you have to look forward to:
