Ours is one of only a handful of family-owned and operated wineries in the state, and over the past twenty years, we’ve lovingly built it out of a significant portion of an estate that was once owned by the fourth Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court, so this area is not only beautiful, but it’s steeped in historical significance as well.
That alone makes it an intriguing choice in terms of it being a good Virginia event space, but the real magic lies in the spaces we have available. We’ve got several to choose from, but here’s a quick overview of three of them:
Traditions
This beautiful room has high ceilings, a private bar and it provides direct access to our spacious veranda which makes it an ideal choice for people who want the option of being both indoors and out at various points during whatever event you’re hosting.
Even better, the large windows in the room provide you with an exceptional view of the vineyard itself and the occasional animal that may wander by. With a maximum capacity of 80, it may be exactly what you’re looking for.
The Loft
Sitting perched such that it overlooks our main venue, the Celebration Room, the Loft is another splendid option that features an even more spectacular view of the Blue Ridge Mountains on one side, while offering a few down into the aforementioned Celebration room on the other.
It’s also graced with chandeliers that are both unique and beautiful and has a gorgeous marble fireplace that gives the room a character all its own. With a capacity of 120, it’s a versatile Virginia event space you won’t be disappointed with.
