Group Reservation options
Blue Valley Vineyard and Winery offers three (3) options for group reservations depending on the size of your group and the privacy you desire. With over 20,000 square feet of interior space combined with two scenic outdoor patios, Blue Valley is the perfect choice for any group or social gathering. Our outdoor grass-covered Sunset Terrace and our ‘floating deck’ or Veranda offer panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Regardless of the theme or purpose of your gathering, Blue Valley delivers an upscale and sophisticated ambiance to your special event.

OPTION 2
Paid Section Reservation
2 hour minimum – Designed for groups greater than 8 and up to 25.
This option is available at no charge Monday through Thursday, but we highly recommend it Friday-Sunday when we are busy. Here we will section off an area for your group, either inside or outside, with the appropriate number of chairs/tables for your group. We recommend pre-purchasing tastings and/or bottles of wine for your group, so we can have them ready upon arrival.
We recommend this option so that seating is guaranteed.
This reservation is a 2-hour minimum priced at $99 per hour plus tax and a 3% credit card charge.
Weather calls must be made by 11:00am on the day of the reservation to move an outdoor reservation to indoor space.
OPTION 3
Heritage Room Rental
The Heritage room is “As Is” and is a private room for up to 35 guests.
This room includes lounge seating and some high tops for a more casual feel with amazing views and access to Sunset Terrace. We recommend pre-purchasing tastings and/or bottles of wine for your group, so we can have them ready upon arrival.
Times slots include:
3 Hour Rental (11:00 am – 2:00 pm): The room rental charge is $349.00 plus tax and a 3% credit card charge.
This includes a 1 (6 ft) table for food and wine. Additional tables and chairs are available for rent.
4.5 Hour Rental (11:00 am – 3:30 pm): The room rental charge is $499.00 plus tax and a 3% credit card charge.
This includes 2 (6 ft) tables for food and wine. Additional tables and chairs are available for rent.
Beer and liquor are not allowed. Table service, a private room, wine, linens, paper products, trash bags, ice, additional tables and chairs and barrels are not included but can be purchased for an additional charge. Confetti or glitter is not allowed, balloons and table decorations are allowed. You may pre-pay for tastings and wine or you may order when you come in.
Please be prompt when entering and leaving, your area may be reserved for another group after your group leaves. We do ask that your group kindly clean up your designated area prior to your departure. We ask that you do not move tables or chairs. Blue Valley does not serve wine to any under 21, we reserve the right to request ID upon purchase. Outside liquor, beer, or alcohol is not permitted in or on Blue Valley property. The reservation fee is non-refundable, but can be used towards a future visit.
