Made with estate-grown Chambourcin and combined with Vidal Blanc to create a unique blend. Containing 2.4% residual sugar and opening with flavors of raspberry, blueberry and just a hint of oak. Serve chilled to enhance the acidity and bring out a touch of citrus & crab apple or serve at room temperature to elucidate the round body.
